We have been producing for well-known companies on state-of-the-art machining centers for over 36 years.​​

Our team is growing continuously. We now have 25 qualified employees producing high-quality instruments on 10 machining centers and their craftsmanship.

Benjamin Heiss has been the new Operations Manager since 2023.
He himself has been working in medical technology for over 25 years and has learned how to manufacture high-precision surgical instruments from scratch. He can look back on over 100 years of family tradition in medical technology.
His motto to customers is:

THE JANZEN FAMILY PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN THE SUCCESS STORY OF MEDI-PLUS INSTRUMENTE GMBH
As a sister company of Tekno-Medical Optik-Chirurgie GmbH. medi-plus Instrumente GmbH can now look back on a proud and successful 31-year company history. Medi-Plus, which was founded in 1989 by Bruno Mattes and managed very successfully for 30 years by Mr. Peter Janzen as authorized officer, produces the highest quality instruments in state-of-the-art processing centers for well-known companies. Mr. Janzen, who for 30 years significantly shaped and developed the company, which is well-known and valued beyond the region, with personal commitment and dedication, retired at the beginning of the year as part of a very appreciative farewell ceremony.
Peter Janzen was actively supported by his wife Monika Janzen for 30 years. Mrs. Janzen started working at medi-plus in 1990 and helped to build up and fill the areas of work preparation, order processing, accounting and human resources. She has had a lasting influence on and shaped the company with her comprehensive knowledge and know-how as well as with her personality. "We would like to thank Mrs. Janzen from the bottom of our hearts for the professional and human qualities that she has brought to the company every day during her 30 years of service, said Florian Mattes (partner) as part of her award for her 30th anniversary of service. "Together with her husband. Mrs. Janzen not only built the company into a highly innovative and modern company, but above all shaped and shaped it through her personal commitment
